44 gamers in all came to play. A healthy mix of familiar favorites and new games were introduced.
Space Alert Training Missions attempted. Surrounding confusion proved too risky for the SItting Duck class training ship. Mission aborted.
Not just the game of Life, but Sponge Bob's Game of Life. Those Sponge Bob characters look awesome, but where do you put your kids.
The girls tried three handed Pit. It's usually better with more, but the girls don't seem to mind.
A big game of Castle Panic on the floor. Who won, maybe the Dinosaur head puppet.
Early in a game of Circus Flohcati. Later on all three of these newbies would tie for the win. Who lost, yours truly, the only one who had played this before.
Ruse & Bruise is a clever card game. Each player starts with the same cards each with a special ability. Players play these cards face down next to point cards they are trying to win. A subsequent card played to that point card will reveal the previous card and its power will be invoked. Wow! I'm really making this sound so much more complicated than it is.
Thinking man's Yahtzee, AKA Roll Through the Ages, made another showing at the game group.
Looks like Milk and Cookies to me. Who knows what it started out as in this game of Telephone Pictionary.
A full game of Five Crowns. Looks like someone is happy that they just went out.
This picture was taken during a rather silly turn of Repeat Pete. OK, every turn of Repeat Pete is silly.
Another helpless relative sacrificed to appease the volcano in the Downfall of Pompeii. Who will survive the lava when the volcano finally erupts.
Some friends helping out the recently injured during a toy gun fight. Will he survive?
Not so high rolling during a game of Pickomino

Several of us were playing Wizard, but I was so busy playing and hopping up to take other pictures that I forgot to get a picture of this game in progress.
Bunco defies description. It is the simplest of games, but fairly difficult to teach. It seems very boring, but is oddly engaging and fun for those that lose themselves in the experience. Here we have a couple of videos that hope to demonstrate the main activities of Bunco. Frantic dice rolling and confusing changes in seating arrangements.
That's all for now. We hope to have everyone back for our next game group and more! We're hoping to break 50 sometime soon.
